HELLO.
Hi friend, I am Sarah Doely, and I’m so glad you’re here. Let me share a little about who I am and how I got here. I am a proud mother of three and have been married to my best friend for twenty years. I began my career at age 19 as a Licensed massage therapist for thirteen years. During that time, I became certified as a doula and supported women in welcoming their beautiful babies into the world. It was an honor to be a part of so many beginnings for almost four years. With that, I built a large pregnancy clientele, working closely with doctors and nurses to facilitate smooth deliveries as well as midwives and home births.
Working with so many individuals, you begin to observe how the body and mind react to and process experiences, good and bad, and when not appropriately addressed, how they can affect the mind and the physical body. Over the years, I have honed a unique set of skills in listening and working with bodies. I developed my ability to muscle test and work with clearing trauma, emotions, and blockages to help myself and my family.
In 2021 I became certified in Emotion Code and Body Code therapies. In May 2023, I was certified in CoreTalk Holistic Therapies after a year-long course devoted to furthering my education in bodywork, emotions, energetics, and physiology. My greatest passion in my work is to help others climb out from underneath the weight of their past.
